What You Can Expect:

  • Approximately 200-250lbs of take-home beef (depending on the size of the animal)

  • Custom processing—you choose how you want your beef cut and packaged (steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef packaging, etc.)

  • Vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen for long-term freshness

Typical Breakdown:

  • Steaks – Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, Filet Mignon, Flank, Skirt, and more

  • Roasts – Chuck, Arm, Sirloin Tip, Rump

  • Ground Beef – ~80–100+ lbs depending on your preferences
